  It makes sense for the State to accept the offer from the accused as a bird in hand is worth more than the billion birds in the wild.
  The ultimate expected from the Attorney General is the adding to the imprisonment of Wontumi.
  ● The next NPP government could pardon him and pay him restitution for the time wasted in prison.
  Similar or Equal to:
  ■ the "nolle prosequi " which the NDC Mahama government used to set free all the wrongdoers who were standing trial
  ■ and immediately rewarded them with top portfolios...Minister of Finance, Governor of the Bank of Ghana etc ( acquittal plus restitution).
