Who is to ensure that the concrete mixer trucks association pay for clearing what they pour on our roads? Highways? District assemblies? Urban roads? Shame on you all for not doing your work! Shame! How will they stop the practice if they are not sanctioned?

  Very good move. They have spilled concrete all over the road between tot to teen and Ritz junction before the foot bridge in front on presbyterian church. They should be held responsible and clean the roads
