Bargaining or no BARGAINING he's a FRAUDSTER he can be jailed for TEN MINUTES and ordered to refund money he fraudulently stole or 10 years in jail and still pay back the stolen money. This lawyer is damaging his reputation, he can't convince any judge in any way , he's just a somersault lawyer delaying tactics and and at the end of the day his client is always found guilty. I feel bad for his clients. It's sad .

■ NDC Mahama government used nolle prosequi to set free all the wrongdoers who were standing trial. And they were rewarded with top portfolios... Minister of Finance, Governor of Bank of Ghana etc (acquittal plus restitution )
