Sam George's Ministry has built AI that can speak many Ghanaian languages which they used to launch the National AI strategy. I think your outfit can contact them to build an app that can be used to deliver civic education in our languages with short AI plays or something. You guys had a drama group back in those days when I was a kid. You have to Revive it fir our enjoyment on social media. Traditional media is dieing so don't worry about not getting slots.
