ECG needs to be privatized. Period. The ineffectiveness, inefficiency and poor management practices are killing, if not killed the company. The people of Ketu South are not the only ones facing over billing and estimated billing. It's country wide. ECG has been giving one excuse after another. Yet we don't see any improvements. Their computer system is a sham. Nothing about the operations of ECG satisfies consumers. PRIVATIZE, PRIVATIZE, PRIVATIZE ECG. WE PREFER PAYING HIGHER BILLS FOR EFFICIENCY.
