That will make him richer while his congregants wallow in abject poverty. Ghanaians, please be careful with these scammers who call themselves Prophets, Men and Women of God, Bishops and all kinds of Glorious Titles. They are all scums. Why don't such supposed Men and Women of God stake such numbers themselves but want Collections and Tithes from the poor congregants?

Most prophecies are linked directly or indirectly to money, influence and power.WHAT A CONTRAST TO THE PROPHETS IN THE BIBLE WHO FOCUSED ON ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO RETURN TO GOD AND LIVE RIGHTEOUS LIVES. THESE BIBLE PROPHETS WERE FEARLESS AND OFTEN SUFFERED GREATLY BECAUSE OF THE MESSAGE THEY PREACHED. THEY SOMETIMES LOST THEIR LIVES FOR PASSING GOD'S WARNINGS TO NATIONS AND TO THEIR LEADERS. THESE BIBLE PROPHETS WERE OFTEN TREATED AS OUTCASTS AND PERSECUTED. Most of today's "prophets" and "men of God" are self-appointed, have very luxurious lifestyles ( live in posh mansions, are chauffeur driven in expensive cars, mingle with the elites of society, dabble extensively in real estate, speculate in the stock market etc- so naturally these are the thoughts that preoccupy their minds and keep them awake at night and NOT CONCERN FOR THE PERISHING SOULS OUT THERE. These particular "prophets" or "men or women of God" are completely unmoved by the plight of the suffering masses, including that of most of their own congregants. But this situation is not new. Jeremiah the old testament "suffering" prophet spoke out repeatedly against false religion/ compromised religion to the people of his generation in the nation of Judah (see Jeremiah chapters 1-14, NET, LBT ,Amplified, or NIV Bible translations)
The people and political and religious leadersof Judah refused to listen to God's warnings via his true prophet Jeremiah ,so judgements eventually befell them and their nation was completely destroyed and the remaing survivors taken into captivity into Babylon just like their city nation Israel (10 tribes comprising the Northern nation that had split from Judah and Benjamin) who had suffered a similar fate a hundred years earlier before because they had forsaken the God of Heaven and rather worshipped Baal and other idolatrous religions of the pagan tribes around them.

Yes, you are right. There were many False Prophets in ancient Israel just as we have today. I personally don't have any Man of God as my friend and don't allow them to visit me and my family at home. I have forbidden my family from becoming friends and associates with Pastors and Choir masters . They can use the Bible to deceive your family members and have sex with them as it was done at the time of Hosea. NO PASTOR CAN CALL AND HAVE CONVERSATION WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTERS WHEN I AM NOT THERE. And my family understands me. Just read the Book of Hosea and you will understand what I mean. Please don't ever make a Pastor your friend because they are very cunning and can quote from the Bible to deceive your wife and daughters and have sex with them and justify to them that God revealed to them to do that. When it comes to money and women, never ever trust any Pastor or supposed Man or Woman of God. Read and discuss the Bible at home with your family. There are a number of very good Commentary Books like the one by Peake that you can buy and use to study the Bible with your family.
Don't let your wife, husband and children go to any Bible Study alone, especially in the evening and night. Go with them or study at home with them.

I have studied the Bible and taught it and other Religions for over 20 years. No Pastor can con me with the Bible. As a matter of fact, I trust true Moslems and African Traditional Religious leaders than our modern Christian Pastors. I don't have any Pastor as a friend. No Pastor is allowed to visit me and I don't visit any of them. After Church Service, we are done. I don't call them to have any discussions with them and I don't encourage any Pastor to be calling my house for any discussions.
