As a seasoned traveler, sometimes it's better to head to the toilet as a form of a mini-exercise or stretch a bit to ease some blood flow. Else you can easily die. You can trap blood in your feet for so long and then, when you start walking, deprive your brain and heart of blood. That might have been the case. She might also have formed a clot in the trapped blood that moved into her lungs to kill her.
Let the postmortem results come with the answers. If it is from what she had under her outfit, then our women should take a cue. I hear some men wear some of these these days

When you finally get out to move around, your blood clot breaks and get dislodge in your lungs and can cause things like that. But, who knows what happened to her. However, that looks like pulmonary embolism.
