Should the Hospital be blamed for this death? Certainly no. It is the Government through the Ministry of Health that should have provided what was needed. If the needs are not provided, what can the Hospital do? Nothing. So don't blame the Hospital. Blame the Government and the Ministry of Health.

These are the kind of things the so called resetting of the country should address. Our lack of sense of responsibility is holding us back as a nation. Firstly, who is responsible for the maintenance of the hospital standby electric generator? Are there any where to report every time the generator is inspected and how frequent are the inspections in a month? Similar questions goes to the availability of oxygen in the hospital. It is high time we hold people accountable for negligence of duty. We can not continue to accept irresponsibility as a natural way of life in Ghana. A hospital should not be runned as a place for people to come and die but rather as a place to save life. Enough is enough!!!

Do you know that there are some clinics and hospitals that suffer from Water Shortages? Only in Ghana and Africa. A whole Hospital without a standby Electricity Generator? Even if there, there are sometimes no fuel to operate them.
