How can goldbod buy gold for Bank of Ghana using a higher dollar rate than the BOG rate? How can gold be sold ar a discount for bulk pirchases when already losses have been recorded due to rate differences? With both being discretionary, suspicion for kuluulu arises. Then the party in opposition will shout and the party in power will defend. When tables turn, positions change. I want this issue to go to the floor of parliament so that we punish those in charge for future losses.
