The incompetent ones are given excuses. Name the schools that have not uploaded the selection. When release of the BECE results were postponed several times was that also due to parents and schools?
Hmmmmmm....... postponement again??? Always at the last minute with as usual, flimsy excuses......, at the end too it comes with unnecessary errors and wahala to parents...... no urgency and seriousness in doing things.... ...
