  NPA has completely no legal basis to order the refinery from handing over its marketing and distribution to a competent company whilst it focuses on its primary business of refining. What kind of draconian system is the authority trying to ran? Unless the license BDCs are turned away for no reasonable cause then please allow the refinery to operate without interference. TOR couldn’t separate its core production activities from marketing/distribution with credit controls and could not manage any aspects effectively.

  Did you understand what you read? Didn't the NPA quote its regulations to support its directives? Why will you question its authority without any basis? Are you a part of the cabal operating in the form of an intermediary company that was purposely placed to make undeserved profits? One of the problems we have in Ghana are in characters like you who support illegality either for mischief or because you profit from it. It is time we stop encouraging these middle players who virtually do nothing but make money for just being put there to profit a cabal. NPA must put its foot down, and thankfully they are doing thst. You can go to court if you think that they have no authority to do so. Shameless nation-wrecker.
