Why is it that in Ghana when you write letters, you don't get response? Email is even worse. Who are responsible? I write to Ministry of Health, Nurses and Midwifery Council, Medical and Dental Council on a project I am embarking on, since January nobody has even taken the liberty to response to my queries. It is a shame. The system is flawed and doesn't working and those in charge are not serious only interest in what come to their pocket.

The nonsense curses of failure in Ghana, Africa and almost poor nations is rooted in that corruptive practice called "POLITICAL APPOINTMENT" which must be abolished before Ghana can be free to develop and citizens can live a decent hustle-free lives. I prophesy in the divine realm into physical existence. May all stubborn bad leaders with selfishness, greed, negligence, pretense, hypocrisy and or deception start cursing themselves by divine authority of God for their own wickedness and or ignorance as in Hose 4:6? It is hard to protect society and vulnerable people because most of these people are ignorant and also the culture of timidity and naivety has silenced most people of Ghana, so they refuse to hear or support what is good or right. Read Hose 4:6 where it is clearly written in black in white and most religious leaders refuse to discuss ignorance but rather use such ignorance to extort money and enrich themselves while most members of their congregation suffer and often die too early. I wish all religious leaders, royal persons and all influential persons in Ghana would ask about the real need to abolish the practice of political appointment and ensure that all top officials from ever sector of Ghana will be elected by votes from within their own sectors instead of politically appointed to be politically bias with their so-called "Winner takes all"

The very existence of rent control agency is an absolute waste of taxpayer money. No serious and honest Ghanaian, politician or not can give the name of just one (1) government ministry or agency that is above average effective, efficient, honest and driven by love for the country. There are individuals in Ghana who have love for Ghana but are encircled by vultures who are only after what they can slice of the Ghana wealth pie.

Rent control is effective when the staff are effective and efficient with all the tools needed to do their work. They do not have control over the courts neither do they have the power to render judicial decisions. At the end of the day a renter, especially the student-kind do not have the 6-months, the 1-year etc to wait on a decision to come with nowhere to live. The maniacal landlords do have the time to wait-it out.
