It is not the president, but rather; (1) The system (The constitution and or its enforcement), (2) The cultural/religious indoctrinations and (3) The excessive mindset of ignorance in most Ghanaians (over 80%) who cannot reason that the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" does not work for Ghana and it must be fully abolished by constitution to ensure that all top officials in Ghana will henceforth be genuinely elected by votes to help develop Ghana faster.
