Stop talking nonsense, how was wontumi right?...WONTUMI'S OWN CLAIM WAS THAT HE SENT THOSE GUYS TO THE SITE TO DO RECLAMATION AND NOT MINING EVENTHOUGH HE DIDN'T GIVE THEM EVEN 1CEDI...BUT RECLAMATION IS REGULATED BY LAW AND A PERSON NEEDS TO BE LICENSED TO BE ABLE TO ENGAGE IN SAME, BUT THOSE WONTUMI SENT TO THE SITE HAD NO SUCH LICENSE AND THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE WAS THAT THEY WERE ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL MINING FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT......WHAT IS BEING SAID BY THE MINERALS COMISSION OFFICIAL IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HAPPENED IN THE WONTUMI CASE....IF YOU RUN A MINIG SITE AND YOU IDENTIFY A ROCK THAT HAS ALOT OF GOLD NUGGETS IN IT AND YOU HIRE THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL AND A LICENSED BLASTER TO USE DYNAMITE TO BLAST THOSE ROCKS FOR YOU AT A FEE, THAT IS A VERY LEGAL THING TO DO AND SO DIFFERENT FROM WHAT TOOK PLACE IN THE WONTUMI CASE
