Tell that stupid Bernard Bediako to go and read the "Code of Conducts, Ethics" in the constitution concerning the Justices at the Supreme Court. The constitution says emphatically that they should refrain from political activities and remember the constitution was written when PNDC what morphed in NDC was in power.
