  I believe the police are the best people to give insight into what happened in the crash as it is alleged that the motor cycle that the victim was pillioned was being chased by the police. The fact that the victim was riding as a pillion passenger means there were two people on the motorbike. What happened to the other person? What necessitated the chasing by the police?
