That is a very sensible question. Because it is forbidden to make charges in foreign currencies except making payment to the bank.

Ghana pays those who own the digital infrastructure in dollars. I hope you understand it.

Political party people and blind following. The problem in Ghana is that only a few people and organisations pay taxes and these ones are overtaxed. A good proportion of taxable individuals and businesses escape the tax net.
