The president’s brother Ibrahim Mahama issued the said cheques what happened to him? Nonsense! The poor has no justice
This rule is ridiculous. and looks archaic not associated with development. What about banks that do negative things?
In some countries, issuing dud cheque could land you in prison.
The rule is very simply: if you cannot guarantee that you have enough funds, do not issue any cheque.
