Battor Bonnie in mind. By the time this case is settled Bonnie would have retired and can take up the position.
This case is dead on arrival as it's obvious that it's the current NDC CJ who will retire to occupy that position on the CS. The NDC CJ to select a panel to hear the case is obviously an interested party and this suite will e ...

How can u make such a daft comparison?
The President must work with appointees who align with his vision therefore, that position will still remain vacant until the retirement of CJ Baffoe-Bonnei. It is that simple!
I don’t think there’s any time frame to appoint someone whenever another person resigns. After all the President didn’t create the vacancy and 30 or so other members to work with is enough. Ghana will save some money.
Attention seeking. This court action is just that.
Sam Buabeng, the former Nana Addo Presidential staffer sued AG, that’s interesting. When this man gets to court, he must declare his business and what passport he is holding now. You see , slow AG , this guy still using his ...

The law is the law. The President who is the Obedient Servant of the people of Ghana cannot set aside the Constitution of Ghana.
What did the law say? We need education and not stupidity. Is the action of the president constitutional or
Per our Constitution that vacant position in Council State can only be filled by a retired CJ. We have 2 retired CJs who seemed not to be in the good books of President Mahama's NDC and they're jittery choosing one.
The problem with NDC is they've been so Divisive since 1992, We & Them. What sort of nonsense is that? They made the issue of Majority and Minority tribes so pervasive in our National politics. Why can't President Mahama pic ...

Which government is more divisive than the Nana Addo government? He has even divided his own party the NPP. NPP, UP and Base were all one party before he took over. Sometimes you need to look before you leap.
Have you considered the only other persons to occupy that seat, Anin Yeboah/Theodora Woods may have been consulted and they refused it out right.
Do you now want President Mahama to manufacture a former CJ?
Well done Samuel however i am sorry to say that this is an exercise in futility. The Unanimous packed rugby team with one handed monster Scott Pwamang as doing the hatchet job for the Cheap Justice and his old man, will reul ...

They are waiting for Baffoe Bonnie to retire and come to file the vacancy
Oh okay. That would be a very fine move. Greetings to you in your miserable opposition. Hehehehe
Can President John Mahama govern Ghana if the 41.7% also decides not to pay their Taxes to GRA?
NPP is the most useless bunch, they don't have a message to get people to change their minds but fighting amongst themselves and threatening to release NPP criminals.
President Mahama is a Julor he doesn't want anyone he can't trust to come to Council State so that shd in case they are sharing Envelopes ,that person will go and blow their cover. NDC SHAAAAME
Nii buluuu
Please wait. The country is patiently waiting for his lordship chief justice Baffoe Bonnie to retire, by then he’s retired and perfectly qualifies, then he will be appointed to occupy the vacant seat.
We prefer that, because you idiots are only 38%.
YOU mean Cheap Justice?
No......... he meant Thief Justice Anin-Yeboah, that criminal leader of the erstwhile FC UNANIMOUS club of Ghana's Supreme Court
His suit is rather going to prolong the appointment.ppl dey rush for this country too much. This guy shd go around and sue the president for all position that are not filled by the President.......busy body
The supreme court should do as their chief justice Gertrude Torkonu used to do - wait until Mahama's tenure is over before the court comes out with a verdict.
This case makes no sense. What if we find ourselves in a situation where former CJ is dead
If there is no living ex CJ that's not a problem. Wise up please.
Do you've time for that Buuuluuu Gyimiilor? It's like the entire NDC followers are Kplotooobi. The can't even ask logical coherent questions yet come voting day, they are the first to cast their votes.

The Ghana 1992 Constitution says: The proceedings in the Council of State shall not be invalidated by
(a) a vacancy in its membership, including a vacancy not filled when the Council first meets;.
So, in your stupid mind the Council has not had their first meeting yet, right? And you think one person's absence can deny a quorum being formed?
Alright, you can keep fooling out there in your opposition prison.
Does the president has time limit to appoint ministers, board members,Council of state members chief justice, IGP and other positions. Dead on arrival and waste of time
