Just use your Brains to reason. They are qualified Teachers employed to teach students sometimes at deprived areas where students go to School under delapidated buildings and work under horrible conditions. I once visited the Afram Plains and Miaso in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The working conditions of the workers and the living situation over there were just horribly horrible. The roads were not tarred. The people travel in Outboard Canoes that are usually overloaded with all types of goods, including Goats, Cattle, Sheep and other animals.
Akuffo Addo's Government did not introduce Galamsay and Deforestation. He introduced the Ghanacard and Free Education up to the ShS level.
Did Ghanaians see any Military Brutalities and tortured as compared to the AFRC and the early PNDC days? Ghanaians lived under the Reign of Terror and everybody feared Efo Julor John Rawlings and his Anlo Ewe cohorts who were motivated by Boakye Djan and Tsatsu Tsikata, the Chief Prosecutor who had to be feared. The repercussions of Rawlings' Murderous Regimes are having disastrous effects on Anlo Ewes in Ghana now. Many Anlo Ewes try very hard to try their ethnicity by adopting Ada, Guan and Krobo names. Yet they are easily identified by their high ascent when speaking any other languages.
You are talking about the excessive loading of Teachers into the GES. You must be sick. Do you know the number of Pupils and students who go to school now that don't have well trained Teachers? Go to the villages and see the kinds of untrained Hospital Nurses who work there. In the USA and other Western countries, every school has a Sick Bay with qualified Nurses and other Personnel. How many Schools, towns, and villages have well trained and qualified Medical Professionals. The Ghana Card makes it difficult from people from our neighboring countries to attend schools and Hospitals for free. Akuffo Addo and the NPP did not nurture any terrible and destructive and Murderous Government.

Why has Ghana will.now become most polluted country in Africa resulting in exhaust fumes from over aged cars from 1st October because of relaxation of importation of vehicles beyond 10yrs to 15yrs which before 1st October would have been banned. This means Ghana would become a dumping nation for over aged cars beyond 10yrs to 15yrs allowing free importantation of over aged cars from ,America, Canada, Europe, middle east ,China, Korea and Janpan to Ghana contributing environmental pollution thereby affecting air quality, respiratory and lung disease. Whiles most of those countries have diverted usage of gasoline and diesel vehicles into Electric vehicles to reduce emissions and environmental pollutions. Ghana has rather allowed importantation of these over aged vehicles.which are no more being used because of their heavy emissions and pollution to be used in Ghana. Meanwhile most of second hand engines imported to Ghana for a past 30yrs have been in these categories of over aged cars with much contribution to environmental air pollution through bad emissions. In Cote d'voire vehicles importantation do not exceed 5yrs whiles in Nigeria is not beyond 10yrs ,what Ghana should have was to encourage free importantation of hybrid and electric vehicles not beyond 5yrs and still allow 10yrs and beyond 10yrs .The government should have also allow free importantation of ELECTRIC VEHICLES conversion assessories and components to enable technicians and mechanics convert existing gasoline and diesel into electric vehicles to comply with global change of how transportation is being powered to.reduce air pollution through heavy emissions.
