All these issues is cause by the current chief executive. He's holding onto the office as if he's the first person to occupy it. He's such a selfish being,dictator,wicked and arrogant towards staff,even at the head office. He doesn't take advice. His mission is to taint H.E JM reset agenda. He doesn't know people are more political/NDC than he is. I'm told he did thesame wickednes toward NHIS staff when he was then their CEO.
Mr.Vincent must resign,sack or reshuffle.

Working with CWSA under the current CEO, Vincent Kuagbenu, has become very difficult. He has scrapped the 9% government salary increase for staff, cancelled staff entitlement to medical reimbursement of expenses, and replaced the GHS 1,000.00 Christmas package with a low-quality sack of local rice.
He has also pegged staff salaries to meeting a supposed revenue target of collecting all bills generated within the month, and without meeting the target, the difference will be deducted from our salaries.
In addition, he has put staff under threat of being sacked by December 2026. Petitions have been sent to various authorities regarding these issues. However, when he was contacted, he lied and claimed that all those agitating in CWSA are NPP foot soldiers. Your Excellency President Mahama,
All CWSA staff in Accra were happy about the change of government in 2024, believing that times would improve. However, your appointee to CWSA has made many staff who voted for you deeply regret it because of Vincent Kuagbenu’s actions. Please, Your Excellency John Mahama, intervene to save the situation.

Mr.President(HE.JM),we're calling on you to as a matter of urgency investigate the ill treatment this CEO is having towards water system staff. If possible let his name be 1st on the next badge of reshuffle,infact sack him. He's a bad old man.

Any leader who's action is tilted towards marginalising the development of the youth should be seen as very unfortunate. Especially when unemployment is one of the biggest issues in Ghana. This CEO thinks all staff employed under estwhile administration are all affiliated to one political party and that the must go irrespective of the consequences to the nation or their families. Doing the same thing we criticise others do. Such toddler's mindset.

Is it not the same contract-staff (you said are not doing anything) that generate revenues for the head office for you to be enjoying that lofty benefits.the man is indeed a greedy person.

This same man terminated posting grants that was due to some staff with his frenzy reason that "we should've pursued it as the time we were transferred,hence blame it on his predecessor".
Don't you know the agency were suppose to effect the grants 3months prior to the staff accepting the transfer letter.

Even have the nerves to say that contract staff who have worked up to 6years are not entitled to any benefits withing the agency. Asked yourself when did you becomes the CEO for you to be enjoying all that categories of benefits.

Anyway,it's not entirely his fault because I blame those cowardice regional Directors he has gag,who refuse to equally petition H.E JM about that arrogant/super incompetent CEO.

Why must you be treating people with Diploma/Degrees/Master as if we are literally fools.
That pose you're occupying today is just by His Grace. Be mindful of that.

I agree 100 percent with the staff petition because I know a few of the workers and they are in hell ankasa! Especially the female staff. They are literally left with no choice than to be loose to make ends meet. All this happening in present day Ghana! How can you employ parents on six months or less contract basis for several years and yet refuse to pay them on time, give them meager salaries, ration their annual leave and refuse to pay leave allowance, etc among several unfair practices!! The labour minister should treat the petition with all due diligence and seriousness please

Is he more human than the water system staff?.
I'm reliable informed that,he last gave a timelines to pay staff some arrears owe them,posting grants,promotions,etc,but later change his mind not to stick to his words/promise(treacherous) . To the extent of even scraping their yearly salary increment just because they're contract staff.
Why not he use that your veto power to absorb them into permanency. Can you imagine?

Badly treating people forgetting they also have families & other responsibilities.contract staff goes to the market,use transport etc.and because you take & enjoy free fuels,accommodation,fat allowances etc at the expense of contract staff stipend been stagnant.

Government should at least reshuffle him because he has come to kill staff esprit de corps.

Mr. President, chief of staff, mr speaker please remove this wicked man and safe Cwsa. He is making NDC very unpopular for us in Wa. Please let eoco investigate him well
