  This is a bohus article. The question is did UNILEVER, BOPP, Fan MIlk et al make losses during that period as the SOEs did? If they made profits then the argument that the strenthening of the cedi is what accounts for SOEs turn around is false. Stories abound about hoe Kofi Jumah ran State Distilleries. He came to loot. Other SOEs heads also engaged in poor management. The current managers of SOEs are delivering. They are not stealing. Give them credit and stop being diabolical.
