All schools in Ghana should be category A. What nonsense is denying children quality education by concentrating everything in few school schools which only the rich can afford.
They are not even paying. They are state funded. Free SHS.
Our leaders are really bankrupt of ideas.
It appears this guy only go to Parliament to sleep. Otherwise what's is asking for is what this government has announced it will through the $300m facility from the World Bank.
