Next time his hands tightly behind him and smear Honey all around his eyes, ears, genitalia, Anus and Balls. Tie him to a stake and let the Ants do the rest. Continue this every two hours. On the Third Day, strip him naked, smear him with more Honey and give him 100 lashes with Horsewhip and then released in the center of the town and ask him to go home. Let no driver give him a ride as he crawls home and the Ants are working on him. Hahahaha. Show this on live TV. He will never do that again. Just don't imprison him. His regrets will be enough. No. Don't send him to Nsawam because the place is well monitored and visited by International Organizations which monitor the kind of treatments and Human Rights Ghanaian Government gives to Prisoners. Send him to Ankarful which is one of the worst Prisons in the country. I tell you that after six months Imprisonment there, he will come back fully converted and will not steal again.
He can also be taken to Kamina Barracks for a very serious and inhuman treatment treatment that even very hard Soldiers like Colonel Minyila could not endure. People sent there by Efo Julor John Rawlings died there or died as soon as they were released. By the time he comes back after four or six months, he will not be a Human Being anymore. Find out how Minyila could not stand the treatment and he died just days after he was released from his illegal incarceration there by Efo Julor John Rawlings.
