It is on record that during the recession in the US in the 1930s similar actions were taken to get value for money by the creation of work gangs managed and paid by the state.

How sure are we that they Director won't be bribery to certify contracts and approve delivered contracts even if there are no values for the moneys.

All Ghana needs is personal and institutional integrity, faithfulness and truthfulness. When these things can't be found amongst us, no engineering can work abate the waste of moneys.

I wish this new institution can just help Ghana further. Our problem as Ghanaians is inherent greediness.

If PPA & Auditor General offices are not effective to detect fraud why not close them down b4 setting up another office? Ghana's problem is lack of trust which the current govt is also a suspect.

Too many offices with little action. It's just job for the boys. We already have institutions that can do this work , but a new office is being set up.

The wheel of justice grinds slowly but surely,it does not require removal of CJ or manipulation of judges,that amounts to perversion of justice.
