This matter of dissolution of the board of an institution should not be a matter of debate Just as a retiring Board leaves Handing-over reports, so do dissolved boards. The Board, and all its members collectively owe a duty to Hand Over to a designated Authority. In this instance, it is the responsibility of the Boards to Hand-Over to SIGA. The Hand-Over includes operational and financial components, and should be signed by ALL MEMBERS OF BOARD. SIGA.should determine a reasonable time frame for the preparation and delivery of the Hand - Over Reports. It is only after the expiry of that date that SIGA should take appropriate action. Those bodies rushing and acting as if some crime has.been commited,; please let us wait and see.!!!
