  This is what happens if you cannot manage your own affairs as a nation. How can the 6th largest producer of gold in the world go borrowing? And in return given some ridiculous conditionalities that forcibly keeps us poor. Is the IMF not aware of massive corruption they are benefiting from? Water and electricity tariffs are increased every four months based on some loan servicing agreement. Raising water and electricity tariffs just to repay loans that have been stolen by both NDC and NPP. It seems they don't know where to draw the line.

  So these people sleep with one eye watching Ghana? Oh yes of course because our useless misleaders run to them whenever they need money to steal and misuse. Those loan conditions can never make any country grow. Not even in infrastructure. Our roads, schools, hospitals, etc etc have been facing enormous challenges for decades under the World Bank and IMF evil administrations.
