Bro,president John Dramani Mahama said shallow minded and he is right.City,district and and town councils don’t sell land or land property to people or individuals but our corrupt chiefs because there is no bylaws prohibiting chiefs to sell lands before contracting city or district or town councils for layout of roads,markets,courts,playgrounds,hospital for town planning to do survey to locate potential hazards before it begins.It’s time parliament to act laws to protect land buyers from corrupt criminal chiefs from duping innocent people of their money and waste their money and property.Buyers always check lands department to see if the land is legitimate and not flooding areas before getting heart attack.
