Surprisingly, whenever the ndc is in power dubious activities emerge, recently there was a scam in town that duped their victims which was similar to the well known PYRAMID scam. Where are the so called wealthy Ghanaian businessmen/women? Couldn't government have urged a few of them to come up with the 1.3 billion dollars for this development? That way the investment will be by Ghanaians and for Ghana, instead of the Chinese government? We've already given the Chinese, the huge spintex (manet junction) mall investment opportunities, isn't that enough? Where are our local real estate investment companies?
