Good move …sanity needed on our roads. It’s not going to perfect from the start but we will get there. The evidence gathering must be strong and convincing and the system protected from manipulation and extortion.
The drivers want the authorities to provide sign posts and clear road markings for them.
For example, continuous thick white line means, you can cross into another lane.

Ghana Police we are all for it, kindly romp in every road users Motor Riders( Aboboyaa, Pragmatic, Bicycle and Pedestrians) In Dubai Pedestrians wait for green light before the road is crossed , was amazed when I visited
