The capture targets the plates. Any vehicle with plates can be captured.
So is there a way for the offender who receives the SMS alert to check the alleged offence from a portal? I believe such an addition will be great? Thanks.
If this is set up the way I know it to work, There will be a few seconds clip of video showing BUSTED offenders in the act.
That will be great and it will build more credibility and avoid unnecessary litigation.

That is my worst nightmare. Payment of the fine must be streamlined because these scammers will start sending messages and payment instructions to scam people.
Generally, you can always challenge the fine, if you KNOW that you have committed no offence. You don't have pay as soon as you receive a bill.
