All next top officials in government, including subsequent Chief Justices (CJ), EC, AG, IGP, OSP, Ministers, Public CEOs, Directors and all heads of public institutions must be genuinely elected by votes to bring real progress in Ghana. So, Parliament and all the MPs must start reasoning and amending the constitution to abolish the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" which will surely help protect Ghana and speed up real development by expertise, competition, independence, discipline, fairness, equal rights, inclusion, and the best results, rather than using that discriminating idea called "political appointments" which most often corrupt top leaders in government with repeated multiple scandals of no progress. No amount of words can stop criminals or change corrupt people in government, unless you uproot their source of wrongdoings or destroy their mechanism and gangsterism such as the practice of POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS which is the root of almost all the problems. When I hear anyone complaining about the need to end corruption in Ghana without the person proposing any real solutions such as the critical need to abolish the use of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" in government, then, I see such a person as being or having at least, one of these irresectable personal issues; ignorant, pretending, fake, deceptive, a coward, hypocritical, a liar, a joker, unintelligent, unobservant, loose-talks, unreasonable, dishonest, insincere, nonsense, foolish, illiterate, bias, selfish or greed by their specific motive or reasons for speaking against corruption with without proposing any potential solution or opinion on what needs to be done to end corruption, because corrupt people in authority may not want to end corruption, since they enjoy it in enriching themselves and their families. Until you rise up, propose a great idea and or share the reasonable fact that political appointments must be abolished, noting will change, no matter how much you ask leaders whom most are corrupt to end corruption. It is like some foolish talk to say let's abolish corruption, without proposing any reliable ideas that can really work.
