The people in the community raised the alarm when the factory was being set up but yet the same EPA who granted them the permit ignored all the concerns of the community people. I also blame the owners of the company for being so foolish to put up such a huge investment in the heart of a city knowing very well the danger the factory will pose to the community. They use their political influence at the time to went ahead and in the prime of the company progress they are being asked to close down the factory. I think the EPA should also be made to answer some questions concerning Empire location .
