  But for all you know, the animal was not for a resident of the area. Some legals and mostly illegals leave their cattle to pasture on the crops of people. They beat and threaten farmers who complain. The very ugly thing that some of these Herders do is that they rape women, including married ones in front of their husbands. Once, the Military were dispatched to kill such cattle and take their meat home to the Barracks to eat. Why can't we make such Military shooting of such Cattle left to range freely on the crops of people very very often? This will make the Herders stop that nonsense, and prevent our women from being raped by such bastards. The local people can't handle the Herders because they come well Armed. The Ghanaian Soldiers can easily handle them. Those Herders are usually not Ghanaians. Let the Ghanaian Soldiers kill the Herders and their Cattle and the rest shall flee Ghana.

  I would not challenge you on that but I can also say the Okada rider was reckless & foolish. He lived in that environment and shd had known that Cows roam the street in the night. I witnessed a similar accident b4 36yrs ago in a village near Sampa, where 2 farmers riding bicycles collided on a slope and both died on the spot.
