Am surprise NSA could write direct to the USembassy requesting Visa processing without passing through the Ministry of Sports. The standard practice is that the NSA will write to the ministry requesting for visa assistance from the US Embassy. Then the ministry will then write to the Embassy under the ministers signature or the Chief Director.So its totally wrong for the NSA to take it upon themselves to do that; and that is where there is suspicion. I remember there was one Chief director who will send names of the people requesting for visas to either the CID or the National security for advice, and this worked well. Thats why for sometime now there has not been any case of visa racketeering. The NSA should be advised
