  So sad! Disbursing funds as if it’s candy. $50,000 / $20,000 / $10,000 to Officials. And yet the Minister defends such payments. Suggesting that to his conscience and estimation, the Officials were even shortchanged; that is, compared to such of previous payments. Wow!! So to you, Honorable Minister, such payments are justified. Right! Lord have mercy! Yet we have this situation in a country where purchased cocoa from farmers can’t be paid for. Though purchasing price has been reduced. No funds to recruit and pay teachers/nurses. Ah well, the silent majority will just be quiet and watch the happenings. After all, “Aban papa aba”.
