Don't politicians get same honorariums when they perform certain duties in behalf of the state?

Some few years ago, a minister going to inaugurate a toilet project or something had to walk about 100m to the project site because of poor road (just before the building).

That minister was paid honorarium for walking to the project site in.
I'm sure some people vann remember that.

And he is just not a figure he is an accountant who represents the chief Director as the spending officer and he is qualified fkr per diem and other approved allowances,so its his right to take allowances a d if that counts to 10 000,usd so be it.
