Any country facilitating illicit drugs trade that has destroyed countless lives is a failed state. How do you build your country on drugs money?
How did his cocaine leave Ghana? What shows that the cocaine even belongs to him? Arrest the importers and exporters and leave the loading boys alone.
Anytime NDC comes to power, they disabled every security gadget that detect drugs at the ports to let drugs flow. Remember Naa Aryele Ametefe who used the VIP lounge to push cocaine to Europe. NDC cannot govern without drugs.
