Desalinization Plant is good but does Ghana really need that? The Volta Dam is just allowed to drain it's water into the Sea at Ada. Uncle Sam will never allow that to happen. The lake Volta can supply daily domestic water to every home in Ghana but we just let it drain into the sea while many parts of Ghana have problems with good drinking water. All our Politicians think about is getting rich illegally overnight through criminal means. I bet you that such crimes will never be done and tolerated in China. Such criminals will be made to spend the rest of their lives in Prison Custody with very Hard Labor under horrible conditions. China will never imprison you and offer you a Parole. Prison custody is real Prison life in China. Nobody who goes to do a Prison time in Ghana will ever want to go back there even on a visit. That is not same with Ghana where we have some Prisoners who have been to Prison for more than three times. That doesn't happen in China. They don't have any workable Parole System in China.

The For the cost of the desalination plant, we could have built a pipeline from sogakope to supply water to the whole of tema, Nungua and Teshie instead of all that volta water flowing into the Atlantic ocean.
