1. Callups to the playing body should NOT be on the basis of GRATEFULNESS. Always praying for favorable results without logical team decisions. The risk is a large effort difference among the playing body which can put high performance players at risk of frustration and injury or step DOWN their high performance style. The heavily underpowered team that otto Addo used against Japan and serious injury to Abu Francis under the overwhelming Japan pressure is an example. It was clear that team selection had absolutely NO business playing Japan, yet management resorted to hope and testing without logic and the foreseeable injury to a defender happened after pressure on pressure. Serious players must be accompanied with serious management, you cannot blend cold and hot without an effect. If you tell Messi to come and play in the current Blackstars setup he will look at the player list from Libya and current captain and decline not come, ask yourself why? Kevin Prince Boateng joined Ghana because at the time almost all the selected playing body were top players like himself, up till now his idols are Sulley at Milan at the time and captain Stephen Appiah at Juventus at the time and Essien at Chelsea at the time. Okraku has failed Ghana Football with self interest and forcefully promoting players. For example, Thomas Asante stats scored and provided assist for the few times he has played but a fellow striker who has not scored or assisted for the same playing time was called ahead of him. Infact Caleb Yirenkyi recently joined Thomas Asante’s team which Thomas has played for a long time but Caleb was called and Thomas left out. If Coventry was not a much higher team will Caleb have gone to Join???? What metric are we using for callups then?

2. The team must always be forward looking, Youthful players (between 16 to 25 years) must be involved since they may form a golden generation in 4 to 5 years. The Ghana 2010 team was largely youthful and under a senior player Asamoah Gyan who was actually playing top level still and they almost won the 2010 Afcon.

3. Senior players within the playing body must be currently active and only playing for a premier division club, senior players in lower division teams or who have retrogressed to lower teams should NOT be invited at the expense of Youth. For example from Spanish la liga down to Libya and still callup! otherwise the team becomes an avenue to build and market their selfish interest rather than Ghana interest. Thank you.

As long as I agree with those who are calling for the removal of both Mr Okraku and Mr Kofi Adams, a player like Jordan Ayew should have long been retired from the Black Stars team. We all saw his abysmal performance during the World Cup and even for his club. Enough of the player who will fall on the field anytime he is tackled expecting to be awarded a free kick. The Black Stars team doesn't need an attacker who will run to take a corner or a free kick in midfield instead of hanging around the opponent's area ready to get the ball to score. Thank you, Mr Jordan, don't wait to be pushed out. Accept the fact that you are finished as a serious footballer. Let the decision to retire come from yourself.
