If he was an informant, he would give his findings to the entity that engaged him and not be making any unsubstantiated comment on radio stations. Equally, if he knew of any such lab, he would have secretly informed the police.

He's only guessing, due to the quantity of drugs that were seized, which I guess that they are shipped from South America, offload into fisher boats along the Gulf of Guinea, send to depots in vehicles and loaded into containers.

If there are any such labs, then we should watch some strangers (Agyanom from Abegistan) who rent blocks of houses and construct 3-meter tall walls around them.
