If the person you are arresting has not be pronounced guilty by the court, why can't you invite them in a CIVILIZED manner? why should they always come to your office? What stops you from going to parliament and arrange to interview there? Once you gather convincing evidence and a court order, you can always arrest him. It's a shame and NDC is now very unpopular.

The rule says when an mp is on her/ his way to Parliament, no arrest should be made. However, the said mp was performing a purely private business on a different forum. Baffuor hugely failed to honour the invitation of EOCO. What a DISREGARD to rule and law.
