@Mr. Smith ....you have asked good questions. Our leaders are not smart because of politics. They deceived the electorate with the promise of 24 Hour Economy. Now they are building 24 Hour markets.
You should cut the sod after the project is completed..Village people..not before
This is wasteful. You don't need a market to run a 24 hour economy. All you need are structures, systems and institutions to implement, ensure compliance to regulations, monitor and evaluate progress.
