● The Attorney General had the intention to frustrate the bail application so the AG did not schedule an officer to respond to the application.
● On that day, EOCO decided to arrest the lead lawyer who was defending Salomey and throw Salomey's defense team into disarray.
● Tarnishing the lead defense lawyer with a criminal charge would've endangered/ tainted the bail application for Salomey.
■ But be that a trick or plan, it backfired on EOCO !!
The lady who wore the camera goggles and who said she was sent by EOCO to effect the arrest had no ID and had no arrest warrant.
