She was wearing camera goggles. She positioned herself directly in front of the kawyer, pushed herself close to him, hoping he might touch her inappropriately. A setup to trap him for trumped up allegations.

That will be my full stop.
So, I will not mention a warrant or that the officer in question did not produce any identification card.
Its a fact that an officer who want to arrest a person is supposed to torch the arrestee's shoulder and pronounce that he is under arrest.
It did not say that the officer should produce an ID card before any arrest.
In all circumstances, arrest or inspection, its after the officer announced the the cause of his action or action that will take effect that you ask for his identification card
