According to Muntaka, the Interior Minister, the cocaine consignment that was busted in France was detected at the port in Ghana but a call from the Jubilee House gave it a green light, and that means the seat of the government is fully aware of that huge cocaine leaving Ghana.

NPP's intelligence about drugs was well coordinated that the cartel could not subvert it. Under NDC there were loopholes hence drugs being intercepted in Europe from Ghana.
