  Please stop this so called local players. All the Ghana players are local players. Did you see any foreigner in the team. The selection is done on merit. Times have changed all over the world. The time of Akwasi Appiah, Armah Senegal, Adolf Armah playing in the Ghana starting line up has all but everporated. Did you see the game the boys played today. Carlos should keep these players, mature them and let them play to his tactis. They should play with same intensity, focus. Keep away from hanging on the ball, more stamina and endurance. Make sure you win all home games. Dont underrate Gambia or any other team on home soil. Today the debutants conceeding penalty reared its head again.

  CIV, Morocco, Senegal, DR Congo, Egypt, Algeria .....are not using local players for their national teams and their local leagues are better standard than ours. We simply don't have enough quality players currently.

You only have to look at how all our representatives in continental championships get knocked out in their very first matches and you don't need any further argument that the local front has no quality. In fact, the entire Ghana football has now gone so low in quality.
