All communication with Donald Trump is being is being done through interpretors. Does that make him less of a President than Donald Trump. Xi Jingpi cannot speak English but look at the red carpet treatment rolled out for him and the deals he is cutting with the Americans. For heaven's sake our first lady is educated. Her English tonation does not demean her being first lady in anyway. It is the same thing we are doing with this cocaine matter. It is very okay if the 1st Lady or even the president himself 'cannot comprehend nor speak English'. We always see that in chiefs who have their speeches read for them by spokespersons at public gatherings. The point here is that: if you can't chew it, why bite it? Is it a MUST for anybody to insist on addressing a public or, in this case, an international forum, if he/she isn't so comfortable in speaking? As a reminder, Ghana is an English-speaking nation. It would have been one thing if our 1st Lady struggled speaking Chinese or Arabic, but not English.

As an example, I've never heard the Chief Imam speaking English but he always gets his messages across.

Who can give a universally accepted definitions of intelligence, wisdom, development, etc., etc. They are very subjective and circumstantial.
