  OFFENCE AGAINST THE DEAD CITIZEN OF GHANA
  EOCO and the Attorney General should take on the Ghana CID for declaring Barbara Asantewaa Kodua a dead person as a Wanted Person in the Ghana Jollof saga. Knowingly bringing the deceased person into disrepute, shame and ridicule must be socially and legally offensive to the dead person. The boss of the Ghana CID must be answerable.
