Adjei's main offense here is, he drove through one-way, probably in a neighborhood, an act most delivery persons often do when looking for short cut, nevertheless, you get punished by fines when caught but unfortunately, Adjei's act resulted in the loss of a teenager and he cannot avoid being punished.

Doing vehicle delivery needs a lot of patience, calculation, strategy etc etc, qualities one must acquire otherwise, don't try it.

No entry is no entry, that I agree with you but driving through one way isn't a criminal act but an offense liable to fine. Adjei was supposed to drive not more than 7mph on that stretch but he drove 15mph. The impact of the accident may have been less if he had droven at footstep pace on that strecht of the road, but out of stupidity, naivety and negligence, he didn't, an act that has taken the life of an innocent baby. May the innocent child's soul rest in peace and the culprit face the music for his stupidity.

Perhaps you haven't done vehicle delivery job before, if you have, you'd have understood my point. Don't venture into it if you cannot control stress, are inpatient and not disciplined.
